Over $500,000 Raised During #PKSFWEEKMTL!
The energy level in Montreal skyrocketed between August 19 to 24 during P.K. Subban’s return to Montreal! He hosted a whole week of events to fundraise for the Children’s, each one more exciting than the next! Thanks to #PKSFWEEKMTL, over $500,000 was raised for our young patients. Hats off to P.K. and all our participants who shopped, skated and cycled for sick children and their families. And of course, a heartfelt thank you to our loyal donors who made this phenomenal week a galactic success!
Subban Defence League Hockey Camp
320 children between the ages of 6 and 13 had smiles for miles when they met their hockey hero at the Subban Defence League Hockey Camp at Lower Canada College. They picked up valuable hockey skills from P.K and his favourite coaches and learned all they could about P.K.’s training habits, his favorite workouts and the secrets of his success!
Dynasty Tournament
Four teams battled it out on the ice at Lower Canada College to determine who would win the very first Subban Defense League Trophy. The Ballard team emerged victorious and celebrated that evening at Bacaro with P.K. and his fiancée, Lindsey Vonn.

P.K. Subban and fiancée Lindsey Vonn sweated it out with 120 riders from Cadence Cycle and beyond. Led by Yaron Spitzer, it was 3 hours of incredible energy! The mission: to fundraise for our local heroes – the children at the MCH. Participants reached for the stars but rocketed into another Galaxy by surpassing their goal - raising over $365,000 and counting for our young patients!
