Little ambassadors, big heroes!

On Thursday, June 12, in the P.K. Subban Atrium, nearly 20 Young Ambassadors—many of whom have received or are still receiving care at The Children’s—gathered for an exciting event in their honour. This celebration highlighted how their fundraising initiatives helped raise over $270,000 in 2024. All to help heal sick kids at The Children's.

Donning tutus, stripes and clown costumes and against a circus themed backdrop, our young philanthropists and their families had a ball with face painting, games and cotton candy galore. Even the Dr. Clowns were there! Their laughter and joy were a testament to the fact that they’d found their bratty side again!

The funds raised by our young ambassadors have helped us provide 300 music therapy sessions, 200 smart IVs, and 2000 books for the patients hospitalized at The Children’s, in addition to helping the thousands of other patients and their families who visit the Hospital for appointments, tests and treatments.

The Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation is immensely grateful for our young ambassadors who have shown true creativity with their fundraising efforts. Through garage sales, bake sales and lemonade stands, our Young Ambassadors ensure that The Children’s can offer sick kids a pleasant environment. Congratulations to these young champions of philanthropy for their extraordinary contribution to the well-being of sick children!
