Celebrate a special occasion and support The Montreal Children’s Hospital

You can turn your wedding, baptism, anniversary, Bar or Bat Mitzvah, or a holiday into an occasion to help sick children or make a gift in honour of a loved one

Your wedding is a very important moment in your life; make it even more meaningful by making a donation to The Children’s on behalf of your guests. To acknowledge your gift in honour of your guests, we can provide cards, printed announcements or a laminated certificate announcing the generous donation you made.

You can also ask your guests to make a donation directly to The Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation instead of giving you a wedding gift. We’ll help you plan your fundraiser and give you advice on how best to communicate your choice to your guests.

Make a gift to commemorate the passing of a loved one or special friend. This is a meaningful way to pay tribute to a person's memory that provides a measure of comfort in the knowledge that a gift will be made to help The Children’s young patients.

Each donation is acknowledged by a message sent to the family with the donor’s condolences.

Celebrate someone special by making a gift in their honour. That someone special can be a friend, someone who has helped you and even a staff member at The Children's. Donating in honour is a way of expressing gratitude to a doctor or nurse who went above and beyond their call of duty to help care for your child.

Donate in honour

To thank a doctor,a nurse, or any staff member, you could decide to offer them a Champions Pin.

You can also create a fundraising webpage in honour of that staff member to invite friends and family to add their thanks to yours. This is an easy way to solicit and track donations, and your donors can even leave messages of encouragement right on your page.
