Annual meeting 2024: amendments to the general by-laws
Annual general and special meeting: Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 5:30 p.m., in person and via videoconference
The Board of Directors of The Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation cordially invites its members to attend the 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING to be held at 5002 de Maisonneuve Blvd. West, Montreal, QC H4A 0B6. A summary of last year’s highlights will be presented, and you will see how your generosity transforms children’s lives.
In addition, a special resolution will be proposed to amend and restate the general by-laws to change those eligible to be members of the Foundation to those designated as active members or honorary members.
