Some Wait for Consensus. Others Create Momentum.
For us, philanthropy does not start with writing a cheque. It starts the same way any great company starts. By seeing what is broken. By focusing on where capital can drive real impact. And by being willing to go first.
We think like founders. We give like angel investors.
When Lindsay first visited the Montreal Children’s Hospital Adolescent Medicine Clinic on Atwater Street one thing was immediately clear. The space was not designed for the realities teens face today. Together, we saw a gap. We saw urgency. And we saw an opportunity to do better. Immediately.
So we acted.
As the first donors to the hospital’s new Adolescent Medicine Clinic, our early commitment unlocked momentum. It gave others the confidence to step in. Together, we fully funded a purpose built clinic in record time. In just over a year, a long overdue idea will become a reality.
That kind of speed does not happen in healthcare by accident. It happens when people are willing to challenge the pace, push past convention, and believe that better is possible now.
But buildings do not save lives. People do.
Opening the doors to a new clinic is only the beginning. The real work happens every day inside its walls. Expert teams delivering specialized care to teens facing eating disorders, severe obesity, trauma, and other complex mental health challenges.
Sustaining and expanding that care is the next job. And it is the one that matters most.
As an experienced psychotherapist, Lindsay knows that teens struggling with mental health challenges do not have the luxury of time. Early intervention is not a nice to have. It changes the trajectory of a life.
We helped build the clinic. Now we are inviting you to help scale what happens next. To expand adolescent mental health programs so more teens get help earlier, when it can still change everything.
If you believe in acting early, thinking bigger, and investing in ideas that strengthen an entire community, we invite you to join us.
This is how progress happens. Your support ensures this clinic does not just open strong, but reaches its full potential as a backbone for our city’s teens for years to come.
