Strands of Love
Strands of Love is a non-profit organization created by three Vanier students. On March 29th, at the college, Strands of Love will be hosting Vanier’s first ever hair cutting event with professional hairdressers on site. We have partnered up with CanDonateHair who makes and distributes wigs for FREE to cancer stricken minors in the Montreal area.
Anyone who meets the requirements (must have 8 inches of hair to donate, bleached and dyed hair accepted) will be able to participate. If you cannot donate your hair, you can always attend one of our fundraisers or contribute with a cash donation. All proceeds will be going to the Montreal Children’s Hospital.
