The Amazing Chase across Asia

As an emergency physician at the Montreal Children's Hospital, I see parents in distress on a daily basis. Their child needs to be treated in intensive care; sometimes requiring special care that is made possible through the generosity of benefactors. While I do my job with passion and dedication, one day I told myself that I could even do more. Thus an exciting and innovative fundraising idea came to me. Let's see if it could be a good fit for you:
  • Have you ever traveled to a beautiful country and regretted not mingling enough with locals?
  • Do you like a challenge?
  • Are you the type that likes to combine business with pleasure?
If you answered yes to these questions, you are ready to experience a rewarding cultural experience: the Amazing Chase Across in Asia! The Amazing Chase is not a typical race. It is a 12-day adventure through the heart of rural Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. You will have to find clues, break down barriers between you and the local population and, with only a smartphone, manage to find your own transportation to get you from point A to point B. Asia All of the hotels are pre-booked so you can rest every night and share your experiences with other other teams. I had the privilege of participating in the Amazing Chase Across Asia in 2007, planned by an Australian group to raise funds for nonprofit organizations. Today it is my turn to organize such a race which brings together my two passions: travel and the Montreal Children's Hospital.
