th Andy Collins for Kids annual Funday which was held last weekend was a success. With incredible support from golfers, bull riders, dancers, sponsors, generous donors and volunteers, the organizers presented a cheque to the Montreal Children’s Hospital for
$501,000. This brings their 20-year total to an impressive $3,348,000! The proceeds will go to trauma prevention programs.
Honouring the legacy of Andy Collins
The organizers chose to honour the legacy of Andy Collins by sharing his passion for the finer things in life. This lovable group of friends has accomplished the unthinkable: they have raised more than $3.3 million to benefit the Montreal Children’s Hospital, largely through their annual Uncle Buck golf tournament. Andy would have been proud. ‘’Doubtless, he is keeping a watch on us somewhere.’’
