A Concert for Kids with Cancer
In December 2018, 10-year-old Léandre Gaucher was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. During this period of treatment, his violin became a vital source of comfort, strength, and hope. Today, Léandre and his brother Audrick are joining talented young musicians to give back to the hospital that saved his life.
The concert will feature Tristan Blair (cello), Carl Ek (clarinet), Martine Jomphe (piano), Audrick Gaucher (violin), Léandre Gaucher (violin), Sophie Gong (violin), Mathilde Lepage (french horn), Ian Sabourin (counter-tenor), and Thomas Vinals (tenor).
