Dear friends and family,
As you may or may not know, I will be raisin n’ rollin on June 12, 2019 in the 28th Pedal for Kids/Pédalez pour les enfants, profiting the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation.
We all have one thing in common: we have all been kids (some longer than others!), but most of us were healthy kids. Many families with a sick child are pushed into poverty. They lose on average 40% of their income, one of the parents usually having to stop working to stay by their child’s bedside.
Unfulfilled potential, school absences, relationship breakdowns, siblings’ distress, cancelled vacations and financial devastation. A sick child impacts more lives than just his or hers.
