Join me on January 4th, 2022 for an Online Essentrics Workout to celebrate my 30th Birthday and raise money for the Montreal Children's Hospital.

While there is not much we can plan during these uncertain times, it's so nice to share this space with my friends, family and the Essentrics community. Last year meant the world to have your support in raising over $1800.00 to support children and families in need.

Tuesday at 12:00pm-1:00pm EST

This class will be a full-body dynamic stretching workout designed to target your posture, core and legs. We will use a chair and matt for standing, barre and floor exercises.
