16th Annual SGB Kids golf tournament
You are cordially invited to participate in the 16th Annual SGB Golf Tournament on Saturday, June 22, 2019.
As is customary, your spouses and friends are also invited to participate at this year's shotgun style "Best Ball" event.

Price:
$185.00 - Golf, brunch, lunch, and dinner.
$70.00 - Dinner only
- 10:00 a.m. - Arrival & registration
- 10:15 a.m. - Buffet brunch
- 12:45 p.m. - Go to pre-assigned carts for shot-gun departure
- 18:30 p.m. - Dinner (5 course meal with Chicken Cordon bleu)
*Italian sausages, water and/or a soft-drink will be served on the course.
With this event, proceeds will go to support the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation, and to the SGB association to provide for the needs of underprivileged children in the community.
Please complete the registration form and return to the indicated address along with your payment. All cheques should be made payable to SGB Association and completed registration forms must reach us by June 12, 2019.
Cancellations after June 12th are not refundable but substitutions are permitted. We look forward to welcoming you to our tournament.
